What if I am hurt so badly that I am never able to work again?
If your injury prevents you from returning to any type of work, you may qualify for “permanent total” disability benefits.
If you are found to be permanently and totally disabled, your employer or insurance company will have to pay compensation benefits for the rest of your life.
