Claim with SSA-If you have not filed a claim with SSA but think that you are disabled, you can either call them at 800-772-1213 or fill out an application online at www.ssa.gov. If you fill out the online application, be sure to print a receipt for the application and call SSA 1-2 weeks later to make sure they have received it and are processing it.
