Patrick Cook-Hanalei Spencer II, M.A., J.D. Managing Partner
I've been practicing law for fourteen years and have worked in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Social Security and Veterans' Disability for sixteen years.

When I first became an attorney, I started with Colorado Workers' Compensation and Social Security disability cases. Over the past few years I've added Veterans' disability cases to my practice. I feel especially honored to help our injured veterans.
I'm regularly consulted by other attorneys for advice on complicated issues relating to Workers' Compensation, Social Security disability and Veterans' disability. I've been repeatedly praised by judges for being one of the best claimant's attorneys in Colorado Springs.
When I'm not practicing law, I spend time with my wife, Cheryl, hiking, cycling, camping, scuba diving, and taking photos. I was born in Hawaii, and enjoy going back whenever I can, but I consider Colorado my home.

Patrick's education
- I attended the University of Colorado School of Law, and have a Master's degree in Political Science and Constitutional Law from the University of Colorado.
- I graduated in the top four percent of my law class.
- I was awarded the Order of the Coif.
- I graduated with honors (magna cum laude) from Colorado College.

Karen Lambart Spencer
RETIRED
Ms. Spencer started the firm as a solo-practice attorney in 1990, but has since retired.
Ms. Spencer served on the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation RSD/CRPS task force which developed the Workers’ Compensation Treatment Guidelines for use in RSD/CRPS claims.
Our attorneys handle all types of Colorado Workers' Compensation (Workers Comp or Workmans Comp) cases, including appeals to the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Colorado. If you've been injured at work, we'd be happy to evaluate your case.
